Local tax

If your property charges a local/resort/climate fee from guests, NFHotel will automatically calculate its value and add it to the reservation.

Card coding

The guest can automatically code their room key at check-in. We also support coded locks, which NFHotel can send via email or text message.

Splitting payments

Added payments and deposits can be divided or transferred to other reservations at any time.

Customer arrival time

You can add the guest's estimated arrival time. If the guest has indicated this on the OTA portal, you'll also see it in NFHotel.

Searching for available rooms

NFHotel will search for available rooms that will accommodate the specified number of people in the rooms.

Various dates

The group may arrive on different dates, e.g. some rooms leave on May 10, the rest on May 12.

Change of dates

You can move your group to another available date at any time.

Filtration

When searching for suitable rooms, you can filter them, e.g.: rooms on a given floor/wing, rooms in a given standard.

Comments

For group bookings you can add comments with important information.

The group booking window contains a summary of the number of people and rooms in the group.

Ready-to-send notifications with any information and summaries regarding group bookings.

Availability update

Disconnecting from a group

If necessary, you can disconnect a room from the group or completely delete the selected reservation.

Reservations belonging to a group are marked on the schedule with an additional bar in the appropriate color.

Portions depending on age

The system will show the portion size depending on age, e.g. a child 0-2 will get no portion, a child 3-12 will get half a portion, a person 13 and older will get a full portion.

Exclusion of arrival/departure

The system will exclude breakfast on the day of arrival, dinner on the day of departure, and other meals from the report according to settings.

Number of dishes

You can display a selection of, for example, various lunch dishes in PDF reports, the staff will ask the customer about them and save the appropriate selection on the printout.

Report for the day

With one click, you can generate a report for the kitchen, detailing how many meals are being served in each room. A summary is provided at the bottom, allowing you to view additional information on the report.

Time range report

Select a time frame, and NFHotel will show you how many and which meals are available on a given day. At the bottom, you'll find a summary – especially helpful when planning your purchases.

PDF printouts

Kitchen reports are generated in print-ready PDF format.

Quick view on the calendar

Just hover over a date in the booking calendar and you will see a summary of the meals for that day.

Comments

Comments you tag with "food" in the reservation window will appear in the food reports. You can add notes there for the kitchen staff to see.

Cleaning

Automatic inclusion of cleaning services in your booking.

After leaving

On the day of departure, a post-departure cleaning service will be initiated. Staff can see in the app whether a guest has left the property.

During your stay

You can schedule services during your stay, such as daily check-ups, towel changes every 3 days, weekly deep cleaning, and more.

Before arrival

The schedule will remind you that, for example, the room has been vacant for more than 3 days and that it needs to be dusted before arrival.

Time to execute

Each service can have a specific time period. The time can be displayed on the cleaning printout, along with a subtotal – you can see at a glance how many people you need on a given day.

Room Status

The room list shows you whether the room is clean or dirty, and whether or not there was a service scheduled for today.

Summary on the calendar

By hovering over individual days in the calendar, you will see how many cleaning services are scheduled to be performed.

Mobile application

The cleaning staff can use a mobile application where they will see all the information you provide access to.

Info for staff

You can display selected information about your reservation to the staff: upcoming arrival, customer details, phone number and much more.

Live work

As soon as the staff indicates on your smartphone that the room is ready, the room status will change to 'clean' on your NFHotel screen.

Comments

Comments that you tag with "housekeeping" in the booking window will be displayed on the housekeeping PDF reports and in the housekeeping app in the room details.

Tax Identification Number on the receipt

Before printing the receipt, the system asks if you want to add the Tax Identification Number (NIP) to the receipt. The NIP is verified and displays company data from the Central Statistical Office.

Remote printing

All you need is for the computer to which the fiscal printer is connected to be turned on - you can print receipts from your smartphone, wherever you are.

Gastro GoPOS integration

Connection to a cloud application for comprehensive catering services.

Room bill

Connecting to GoPOS allows you to transfer your bill from the food section to your room. The charge is then visible in NFHotel and can be paid in the booking window.

Are you migrating from another accounting system where you've already issued advance invoices? No problem - a migration is possible, allowing you to issue final invoices to them in NFHotel.

Downloading data from the Central Statistical Office

You can verify and download customer company data directly from the Central Statistical Office. Simply enter your Tax Identification Number (NIP) and NFHotel will do the rest for you.

Sales document

You can configure any sales document. It will have a separate numbering system and a name of your choice.
