Meals will be added automatically, depending on the rate plan you choose. Optional meals can be added manually.

The guest card contains all the fields necessary to check a guest in. You can check in each person in the room individually, or just the person making the reservation.

In the customer card, indicate consent to: data processing, commercial information, profiling, marketing activities.
Sales of additional services
Through the built-in store you can sell any additional services for your reservation.
Notifications about customer name days and birthdays
Turn on a daily task to display a reminder to, for example, prepare a surprise for a client on their birthday.
Champagne, flowers for the room
Reminders to prepare flowers and champagne in the room for welcome.
Change history
All changes are logged, so you can accurately track the history of your booking activity.
Easy transfer of reservations
To transfer your reservation to another room, simply select a different room and click save. The same applies to changing the booking date.
Booking Source
Each reservation has a source of its creation, e.g. receptionist, website, OTA booking portal.
Reservation status
We are waiting for a guest, the guest has checked in, the guest has left the hotel.

Settlement takes just a few clicks. Each deposit is marked: who made it, when, and why.
Online payments
NFHotel is integrated with instant online payments. The system automatically records such payments and sends confirmation of receipt via email and text message.
Invoices
Here, you can issue invoices: VAT, advance payments, final invoices, duplicates, corrections, and proforma invoices. You can send the invoice to your client via email and generate a JPK file for accounting.
Prints
Registration cards, signable regulations, and any other forms needed for reservations. One click generates a PDF for printing or sending via email.
Data from OTA
The booking window provides detailed information from OTA booking channels. You don't need to log in to the portals to learn more.
Tasks
The task manager allows you to add tasks related to a reservation or its participants. To be completed on a specific day, by a specific person.
Local tax
If your property charges a local/resort/climate fee from guests, NFHotel will automatically calculate its value and add it to the reservation.
Card coding
The guest can automatically code their room key at check-in. We also support coded locks, which NFHotel can send via email or text message.
Splitting payments
Added payments and deposits can be divided or transferred to other reservations at any time.
Customer arrival time
You can add the guest's estimated arrival time. If the guest has indicated this on the OTA portal, you'll also see it in NFHotel.
