How it works
NFHotel has ready-made e-mail and SMS templates in three languages: Polish, English, German, and the ability to add more.
When notifications are sent, they are automatically populated with the reservation details they refer to. Files can also be attached to the email: residence card, invoices, vouchers, and more.
For online reservations, notifications are sent automatically. For online payments, NFHotel will notify the customer upon receipt of payment.
When sending a message via reception, it is possible to edit the content of both the e-mail and the SMS.
Each message sent is visible in the sending history of individual reservations.
