Can a customer pay for their entire stay online?

In the administration panel you can determine whether we allow the client to pay: a deposit, the entire stay.

How to withdraw funds from Przelewy24?

Funds deposited by your customers are deposited into the payment provider's account. You can set up automatic withdrawals there or make them manually. After logging in to the Przelewy24 panel, click: Settlements > Withdrawals > New Withdrawal.

What is the commission for Przelewy24?

For NFHotel customers, the commission is 1.61 TP3T. This applies to both instant payments and credit card payments. The commission is only paid on the amount transferred via Przelewy24.

Is it worth paying a commission?

Payment for the customer is greatly simplified, often being made immediately upon receiving the booking confirmation email. Additionally, during peak periods, you can request instant payment, allowing you to quickly confirm your booking is confirmed.

Can I cancel the service at any time?
