Does the reception desk have to do anything to turn on the heating or air conditioning?

Reception staff don't need to do anything. NFHotel automatically sends information about guest arrivals, allowing the automation system to automatically adjust the room temperature, ensuring the right conditions for guests' arrival.

What temperature will the room be after the guests leave?

After guests depart, if the room is empty and no further arrivals are expected that day, the temperature automatically switches to standby mode. The system can be configured to maintain a temperature of, for example, 15 degrees Celsius until the next guest arrival.

Does NFHotel sell and install hotel automation equipment?

NFHotel does not sell or install hotel automation equipment. This work is performed by SENSOR, our recommended partner.

Can the receptionist set a different temperature in the room?

Yes, the receptionist can adjust the room temperature at guests' request. This can be done using a dedicated panel in the SENSOR software.

Can a guest change the room temperature themselves?

Guests can independently adjust the room temperature using the in-room control panel. Temperature ranges can be pre-defined by the hotel, allowing guests to regulate the temperature only within defined limits.
