Installation on website
Easy installation allows to install faster on websites made with any technology/cms (WordPress, Joomla and othes). Upon customer’s request, we will gladly help with installation or take it upon ourselves.
Colour scheme, module adjustment
NFHotel Booking Engine allows for full adjustment of its colour scheme. It is also possible to choose an animation for written content and photos. On the room preview there can be shown certain features of choice (tv, bathroom, balcony, square footage and more).
Online payment
Reservation can be completed via swift online payment. The system automatically books the deposit. The place as well as the customer are automatically informed about the payment status.
Additional purchases during reservation
During making a reservation, the module allows to make additional purchases. E.g. flowers, welcome champagne and others.
Restriction features
NFHotel features all important restrictions: minimum length of stay, closing time, no departures, no arrivals. Restrictions allow for creation of bundles and fixed periods of time.
Notifications via email, text message
Reservation with NFHotel Booking Engine automatically sends reservation confirmation, in case of online payment, the system will send automatically confirmation of payment as well.
Price list features
Price list allows for using multiple price plans. Prices can be diversified based on date. We can use prices per person or based on the standard or both. The function of raising / lowering prices for particular days – e.g. weekends are more expensive. Raising / lowering prices by a percentage or fixed amount.
Charges for cleaning the room / preparation
For suites and cabins it is possible to fix a rate for its “preparation”. Adding the rate is fully customisable and it allows for showing it to the customer or not during particular stages of reservation.
Installation for Facebook
Reservation module can be installed on the property’s Facebook website.
