The Guest Assistant is an innovative solution that allows guests to quickly and conveniently check in online. Guests can enter their details, pay for their stay, and complete the check-in process without having to visit the reception desk.
Guests receive an email or text message with a link to the Guest Assistant, where they can review their reservation details, enter the necessary check-in information, and make payment. Once the check-in process is complete, the guest's details are automatically transferred to the NFHotel hotel system.
You decide what data is required. If you check the required "email" box, the Guest must provide their email address, which allows for faster contact and enables the collection of marketing data (e.g., consent to receive offers). This is especially useful when the Guest's contact information is not available through over-the-air (OTA) channels.
You can configure which data is required and which is optional: ID number, vehicle registration number, name and surname, email address, date of birth, and PESEL number. Guests also have the option to change their data.
The guest can opt in to receive marketing offers, such as first-minute offers, newsletters, promotions, and other communications, which support the property's marketing activities.

Online check-in is a process in which guests complete check-in formalities at a hotel, guesthouse, apartment, or other property without having to visit the reception desk. Guests receive a link through which they can independently enter their details, make payment, and complete the check-in process.
Online check-in reduces guest wait times at the reception desk, improving their experience and convenience. Furthermore, it reduces the workload of reception staff, allowing them to focus on other tasks. Guests can also check-in remotely, anytime, anywhere.
Guests receive a link to the Guest Assistant via email or text message. After clicking the link, they can complete the required information, such as their ID number and contact details, as well as pay for their stay (if required), and sign. Once the process is complete, the data is automatically transferred to the hotel system.

Additional data includes, for example, car registration number, date of birth, and national identification number (PESEL). You decide which data is required and which is optional.
If a guest completes their online check-in details, the reservation will receive a tag, such as "checked in." You can set these tags to be displayed on the reservation bar.
